The Ukrainian Armed Forces have consolidated on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson oblast, thanks to a series of well-executed actions. The Marine Corps Command of the Ukrainian Navy reported this on Facebook.

"As a result of pre-planned activities to counter the large-scale armed aggression of the russian federation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a series of successful actions on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson direction. Thanks to the courage and professionalism of Ukrainian Marines, in cooperation with other units of the Armed Forces, they managed to consolidate on several bridgeheads", - the statement said.

It is noted that during the fighting, russian occupiers suffered heavy losses in personnel and equipment.

Specifically, since the start of these activities, the enemy has lost: personnel – 1,216 killed and 2,217 wounded, 24 tanks, 89 artillery systems and mortars, 135 units of various automotive equipment, 48 armored personnel vehicles, 14 watercrafts, 15 units of special equipment, 4 command points, 29 ammunition depots, both field and stationary.

In addition, the electronic warfare unit of the Marine Corps destroyed 135 UAVs and 5 tactical UAVs.

"Ukrainian Marines are delivering effective fire on the left bank of the Kherson oblast, taking actions to destroy the enemy", - noted the Marine Corps Command of the Ukrainian Navy.
