Shamdasani said that the Organization was concerned about the increasing number of heavy military equipment near the demarcation line in Donbass.

"We received credible reports on the movement of Russian troops across the border - both to the territory of Ukraine and from it. It also applies to heavy weaponry. We are talking about quite reliable reports," - said the representative of the United Nations.
