Illegal armed groups didn’t let 23 trucks with humanitarian aid, in particular food and medicine, the total weight of which is 430 tonnes, provided by the World Food Programme of the UN, the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees to Elenovka village.

These vehicles with humanitarian aid, which were sent to Lugansk, were documented in accordance with the established procedure by Ukrainian border guards and members of the fiscal service at Novotroitskoye checkpoint.
