There are no Ukrainian territories supposedly listed in the сonstitution of the russian federation; there are only territories temporarily occupied by russia, which will be liberated. This was stated by Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of the President's Office, on Twitter.
"There are no 'territories of Ukraine listed in the russian constitution' that russia supposedly claims... There are only temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine where active military actions are taking place. These territories will be liberated", - he said.
Podolyak also emphasized that the "russian constitution" has no relevance to valid legal documents and its content cannot be taken into consideration.
