President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko awarded the Order of Golden Star of the Hero of Ukraine to MP, hero of Ukraine Nadezhda Savchenko. The award ceremony took place during the press conference of Savchenko and Poroshenko in the Presidential Administration.
"Savchenko Nadezhda is awarded with the title of Hero of Ukraine and the Order of Golden Star of the Hero of Ukraine for invincibility of will, civic courage, sacrificial service to the Ukrainian people awarded," - stated the text of the decree which was read out during the ceremony.
