On the morning of June 8th, a military base of russian forces in temporarily occupied Luhansk was shelled. This was reported on Telegram by Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol.

"Their military base in Luhansk is gone. We're also hearing feedback from Tokmak. It started the same way last week. We're waiting for the shelling of russians in Mariupol", - he wrote.

Meanwhile, russian propagandists claim that the industrial area near the locomotive manufacturing plant was hit.

Local public sources report disruptions in mobile communication in the city.
