According to the document, coordination bodies will be established for the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. Their goal will be to prepare for actions after the de-occupation of temporarily occupied territories. Specifically, the focus will be on developing action plans, forming a reserve of personnel and material-technical resources.

The main areas of preparation include:

-        Security

-        Restoring government authorities

-        Humanitarian aid

"Relevant plans will be approved in consultation with the Coordination Staff on Issues of Occupied Territories", - the press service added.
