Russian forces fired cruise missiles at Uman (Cherkasy oblast), destroying a multi-story residential building and injuring 5 people early in the morning on April 28. This was reported by the head of the Cherkasy Oblast Military Administration, Ihor Taburets, on Telegram.

"This morning, the occupiers attacked Cherkasy oblast. There were two hits by cruise missiles in Uman: a residential building and warehouses", - he said.

According to him, 5 people were injured in the rocket attack on Uman.

As reported earlier, on April 27, an employee of Kharkivoblenergo was killed, and four more were injured due to russian shelling.
