Russian and other "dirty" companies will not be allowed to take part in the privatization of state enterprises in Ukraine – Bilous

Russian and other "dirty" companies will not be allowed to take part in the privatization of state enterprises in Ukraine. It was stated by head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Igor Bilous today at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.

"According to the law, we won’t allow to participate in the privatization Russian companies, i.e. companies of the aggressor country, also those companies that do not meet the standards, companies that are under the FATF (Financial Action to combat money laundering, - OstroV) located in offshore areas, which are not approved by the state and are contrary to the laws of Ukraine, can not explain the origin of the money and provide the documents establishing the ultimate beneficiary," - he said.

"We will require a passport control of the shareholder of the company which will be submitted to participation in the privatization, in other words, we will not allow the participants from the Russian Federation," - said the official.
