The Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC) took responsibility for the events in the Bryansk oblast. The movement posted a video against the background of a building with a sign "Lyubechansk feldsher-obstetric station", russian Telegram channels reported on March 2.

"We don’t fight civilians and we don’t kill the unarmed. Now it’s time for ordinary Russian citizens to understand that they are not slaves. Raise a riot and fight", - one of the men in the video said.
