Rashists fire at department of State Emergency Service in Sviatohirsk at night - one rescuer died (PHOTO)

Russian invaders shelled Sviatohirsk in the Donetsk oblast on the night of February 28. This was told by head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko.

The State Emergency Service’s department was damaged as a result of the shelling. One of the rescuers died on the spot.

"At night, the russians shelled Sviatohirsk, got into the department of the State Emergency Service - according to preliminary information, 1 rescuer died and 4 more were injured. This is a deliberate and cynical blow not to the military, but to those who help civilians survive even during active hostilities. Sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the deceased rescuer, a quick recovery to the wounded. The russians will be punished", - Pavlo Kyrylenko wrote.

As previously reported, as a result of the enemy shelling of the past day, one person was killed in the Donetsk oblast and another 9 were injured.
