Ukraine presented a detailed proposal, including establishment of safety zones – Klimkin

The Ukrainian side presented a plan of proposals to resolve the situation in Donbass with OSCE Special Monitoring Mission. It was stated by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, - reports Interfax-Ukraine.

"We have proposed a three-stage plan that includes organization of a number of bases for the SMM from which it will be possible to control the border, ensuring placement of appropriate equipment in order to control risk points, in particular roads and railways, and, of course, allocation of OSCE staff at crossing points on our side, as well as some other details,"- said P.Klimkin to reporters after the meeting of Foreign Ministers of "Norman Quartet" on Wednesday in Berlin.
