Ukraine is preparing for a new offensive by russia, which may occur in the near future. This is reported by Financial Times.

The newspaper notes that statements about a likely attack were made by many Ukrainian officials, including Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov, Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar, military intelligence representative Andriy Cherniak and others. This is expected to happen closer to the anniversary of the invasion on February 24 and before the arrival of Western military assistance - in particular, modern tanks.

A source in military entourage told the nespaper that Kyiv received "very reliable information about the intentions" of russia to launch an attack.

The offensive can occur within 10 days, Financial Times writes.

Presumably, the russian federation will choose the west of the Luhansk oblast near the cities of Kreminna and Lyman as the site of a new attack, the newspaper notes.

As previously reported, putin gave the order to seize the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts until March.
