Mishustin orders creation of 28 correctional colonies in territories of Ukraine occupied by russian federation

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has ordered the creation of 28 correctional colonies in the occupied territories of Ukraine and subordinate them to the Federal Penitentiary Service of russia. This is said in the order of the Rrussian prime minister.

According to the document, 12 correctional colonies and one medical correctional institution will be created in the occupied Donetsk oblast, seven correctional colonies and one medical correctional institution - in the occupied Luhansk region. Two correctional colonies and a colony-settlement will be created in the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia oblast and three correctional colonies and a medical correctional institution - in the uncontrolled part of the Kherson oblast.
