SBU announces suspicion of shelling civilian objects to two russian generals

The Security Service of Ukraine has completed the collection of evidence of war crimes committed by two russian generals. This was reported by the press service of the department.

It is noted that one of them is commander of the long-range aviation of the aerospace forces from the russian federation, Colonel General Sergey Kobylash. And the other is former commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the russian federation, Admiral Igor Osipov.

"In the course of the investigation, the SBU investigators established that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Sergey Kobylash has been following the instructions of the top military-political leadership of russia to destroy Ukrainian cities. It is on his orders that the russian invaders carry out massive missile attacks on residential buildings, hospitals and critical infrastructure facilities in different regions Ukraine", - the SBU said in a statement.

Another suspect gave orders for missile strikes from the Black Sea.

"As for Igor Osipov, according to the investigation, from February 24 to August 10, 2022, the official gave orders to carry out systematic missile strikes from the Black Sea on Ukrainian densely populated areas", - the SBU stated.

As previously reported, the SBU reported suspicions to the head of the russian Centrobank, which introduced the ruble zone in the occupied areas of Ukraine.
