The Kremlin stated that there can be no peace plan until Ukraine recognizes the occupation of four of its oblasts. The unwillingness of the russian federation to comply with international law regarding the sovereignty of Ukraine was stated by press secretary of the president of the aggressor country Dmitry Peskov, answering questions from journalists.

"So far, there is no peace plan for Ukraine. There cannot be a peace plan for Ukraine that does not take into account today's realities with Russian territory, with 4 regions joining Russia. No plan that does not take these realities into account can claim to be peaceful", - he said.

As previously reported, the world community does not recognize the russian annexation of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts of Ukraine. In March, the International Court of Justice found no justification for the start of russian aggression against Ukraine and ordered the kremlin to immediately stop the invasion. The decision of the International Court of Justice is binding, but the russian federation grossly violates all international norms and principles of peaceful existence. Moscow has cynically stated that it does not intend to comply with the decision of the International Court of Justice.
