Russian president vladimir putin has been sued for calling what he used to call a "special operation" in Ukraine a war. St. Petersburg municipal deputy Nikita Yuferev sent a corresponding appeal to law enforcement officers about this, as he announced on his Twitter, - Espresso writes on December 23.

"Vladimir Putin called the war a war: "Our goal is to end this war". But there was no decree to end the special military operation, no war was declared. Several thousand people have already been convicted for such words about the war. I sent an appeal to the authorities so that Putin would be brought to responsibility for spreading fakes about the army", - Yuferev wrote.

It is clarified that the prosecutor's office and the MIA should initiate a criminal case against putin because of "fakes about the army".

It was erlier reported that putin stated he was not to blame for the fact that russia is killing Ukrainians, whom he called "fraternal people".
