Dictator putin fails to persuade dictator Lukashenko to go to war with Ukraine - ISW

President of the aggressor country vladimir putin could not persuade unrecognized leader of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to enter the war with Ukraine. This is said in the report of the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

According to the ISW, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, most likely, during a meeting in Minsk on December 19, refused the russian dictator to make further integration concessions.

According to experts, Lukashenko is still trying to avoid participation in the russian invasion of Ukraine. Therefore, the participation of Belarus in the war of the russian federation against Ukraine remains unlikely.
