The European Parliament has approved the allocation of 18 billion euros of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in 2023. This was reported by Interfax-Ukraine on December 14.

The relevant decision was made at the plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Wednesday without a division.

As noted, President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola will sign the relevant document on Wednesday, December 14, in the afternoon.

As OstroV reported, earlier, the European Parliament supported the proposal of the European Commission to allocate 18 billion euros to Ukraine in 2023 by voting for the relevant amendments to regulatory legislative acts that would allow the implementation of the new Macrofin Plus formula.
