The Human Rights Council under putin has banned discussion of the losses in the war against Ukraine and the protests of soldiers’ mothers. This is reported by Verstka.

The orders to "human rights defenders" were given by head of the Human Rights Council Valery Fadeyev and the presidential administration.

The stop list included such toxic topics as the execution of a PMC Wagner mercenary with a sledgehammer, the law on "fakes" about the war, the loss of the russian army in Ukraine and the protests of the mothers of soldiers.

Questions about mobilization can generally be discussed, but "very carefully".
