President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in de-occupied Kherson on November 14. This is reported by DW with reference to Reuters.

"We are moving forward", - the Ukrainian President said.

He thanked NATO and other allies of Ukraine for their support, the message said.
