The withdrawal of russian troops from the territory of Ukraine is unacceptable for moscow as a precondition for starting negotiations. This was stated by deputy foreign minister of the russian federation Alexander Grushko, - russian media report.
"No, such conditions are unacceptable", - Grushko told reporters on November 14.
"Our president has repeatedly said that we are ready for negotiations. But these negotiations, of course, must take into account the situation "on the ground", - the deputy minister stated.
As reported, the Office of the President of Ukraine stated that they would be able to start negotiations with russia only on the condition that the occupiers were away from the borders.
