Boris Johnson has announced that he would not run for British Prime Minister. This is reported on October 23 by Sky News.

The politician notes that his name in the list of potential heads of the British government may deprive those "who have succeeded" of sufficient support.

"I believe I have a lot to offer, but I'm afraid this is simply not the right time", - Johnson noted.

As previously reported, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson received the support of 100 MPs from the Conservative Party, which allowed him to run for prime minister.
