The occupiers fired missiles at a critical infrastructure facility in the Romny district of the Sumy oblast this morning, on October 17. Three people died and nine were injured. "Missile attack on the critical infrastructure facilities after 5 a.m.", - he wrote.
Subsequently, Zhyvytskyi reported the tragic details of the shelling.
"Three russian missiles flew into a civilian infrastructure facility at 5:20 a.m. At least three people were killed. Nine were injured. People are still under the rubble", - the message says.
As a result of the shelling in the Sumy oblast, 1625 subscribers were disconnected from the power supply.
"The request to you to save electricity consumption during peak hours (8-11 a.m. and 17-22 p.m.) remains relevant", - the head of the oblast added.
