EU is shocked by attacks of rashists on Kyiv and is already sending additional military assistance to Ukraine

EU High Representative Josep Borrell stated he was shocked by the attacks against Kyiv. He wrote this on his Twitter.

According to him, such actions have no place in the 21st century. Borrell reported that the EU would continue to support Ukraine and was already sending new military aid to it.
