Vladimir putin is not kidding when he talks about the potential use of nuclear weapons or biological and chemical weapons. This was announced by US President Joe Biden, - Bloomberg writes.

"He (putin - ed.) is not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological and chemical weapons, because his military is, you might say, significantly underperforming. I don’t think there is any such thing as the ability to easily use tactical nuclear weapons and not end up with Armageddon", - he stated.

It is noted that putin has renewed his nuclear threats as he announced the annexation of Ukrainian territory, some of which russia doesn’t control, and with the call-up of 300 000 reservists to reinforce his flagging invasion.

As previously reported, White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre stated that Washington has so far seen no signs of russia preparing a nuclear strike.
