Pavelko: russian national team is deprived of right to participate in Euro 2024

President of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) Andriy Pavelko announced that the russian national team would not take part in the selection for Euro 2024. This is reported by Sport.ua.

"The hysteria of the russians about head coach of the National Team of Ukraine Oleksandr Petrakov is not worth the slightest attention, because the UEFA has considered their absurd complaint long ago. Of course, there is no decision to remove him. There was a warning and a minor fine, which the UAF would consider an honor to pay. So it's useless that rashists are trying now - to distract us from preparing for the game on the eve of an important match of the Ukrainian national team. Everyone is focused on this as much as possible and is preparing to support our guys. P.S. At the same time, the russians simply have nothing to prepare for. As I required, russia will not be in Frankfurt, Germany on October 9. They will not have official international football competitions at least until 2024! Euro 2024 will be held without the aggressor country! Glory to Ukraine!", - Pavelko wrote on his Facebook.
