Work on the restoration of gas supply Maryanka-Krasnogorovka was sabotages: pyrotechnicians spent 1.5 hours on the ground because of the shelling

Pyrotechnicians who conduct demining activities on the territory of the area of Maryanka-Krasnogorovka high pressure gas pipeline spent one hour and a half on the ground because of the shelling. Chairman of Maryanska DCA Vladimir Moroz wrote about that on his Facebook page.

"Today, SESU workers started demining work at 9:30 on-site of Maryanka-Krasnogorovka high pressure gas pipeline restoration. But couldn’t do their tasks as a sniper with a heavy machine gun started his work. Pyrotechnicians spent one hour and a half on the ground waiting for the end of attacks. After that representatives of civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) began to withdraw them from the danger zone. They had to return across the mined area .Nobody was hurt," – wrote Moroz.

He noted that the work to restore the Maryanka-Krasnogorovka gas supply was again sabotaged.

"But there is still hope, we hope that the security guarantees will be met and maintenance crews would still be able to complete the restoration of the gas pipeline and at least to make life civilians of frontline towns a bit easier,"- wrote the head of the district administration.
