Zakharchenko said that he would bring in as much military equipment to Donetsk as he considered needed. He is law unto himself, not the OSCE

The "DPR" will hold a military parade in honour of Victory Day "at the highest level" and with the involvement of all types of weapons. Leader of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko stated that, - reports the separatist DAN website.

"We will not respond to any OSCE statements in this regard. It is our own business and we will hold a parade at the highest level, involving all units and all kinds of weapons," - he said.

As previously reported, the authorities of the "DPR" handed over the OSCE mission report on the movement of military equipment which will participate in the "parade" in honour of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The OSCE called "parade of military equipment" in occupied Donetsk on May 9^th a violation of the Minsk agreements. The OSCE stressed that movement of heavy weapons is prohibited by the Minsk agreements and it is a violation of the agreements.
