Men who are registered in the settlements of the Donetsk oblast, which russia occupied in 2014, are not allowed to leave the "DNR". This was reported by adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko in his Telegram channel on August 17.
"Men with registration in Donetsk, Makiivka, Horlivka or another town in the Donetsk oblast occupied since 2014 are not allowed to leave the "border" of the so-called "DNR", - he wrote. Neither to russia, nor even to the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia oblast".
It is clarified that for 40 thousand rubles, you can "get a certificate" stating that you are not subject to mobilization, and then, for another 40 thousand rubles bribe at the "DNR customs", you can eventually "jump out" to russia.
"Entertainment is not available to everyone, but it has been in great demand lately", - Andriushchenko noted. – There are much more people who want to leave than those who want to die for the ideals of putinism".
It was earlier reported that in the territories of the Luhansk region, captured after February 24, those who received the "LNR passport" were mobilized.
