Rashists want IAEA representatives to travel to ZNPP through occupied territories of Ukraine

The russian occupiers call on the IAEA representatives not to go to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant through the territory controlled by Ukraine. This is reported by Reuters.

Russian diplomats believe that any mission carried out by the UN nuclear committee to inspect the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant cannot pass through Kyiv, as this could be dangerous.

"Imagine what it means to pass through Kyiv — it means they get to the nuclear plant through the front line", - deputy head of the foreign ministry's nuclear proliferation and arms control department Ihor Vyshnevetsky said.

Based on this logic, the IAEA inspection should reach the ZNPP through the territories of Ukraine occupied by the russian federation.

As reported, any radiation incident at the ZNPP will be a powerful blow to many countries, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is sure.
