Almost 250 thousand internally displaced persons complained that they did not receive cash payments from the state. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk told this on the air of the national telethon, - UNIAN writes.

According to her, people are calling en masse to the "1548" round-the-clock hotline of the Ministry of Reintegration on crisis issues.

"Many people complain that they either accrued payments and did not receive them, or applied and never received payments", - Vereshchuk said.

"People registered with Diia, and Diia did not transfer such data to the social security authorities. These are tens of thousands of people who are now complaining precisely that Diia did not transfer such data. We centralized such payments, the Ministry of Social Policy pays them. But there were almost 250 thousand people. 90 thousand have already been paid. Now we are helping the rest, increasing the number of computers and programs", - Vereshchuk said.

According to Vereshchuk, the second reason is that some documents were not executed properly, and people were not warned about this.

The Minister recommends that these people call the hotline and report the problem.
