"The upper floors of the house 40 are on fire. Security services are working on the spot, traffic on the alternate route towards the oblast is blocked", - the report says.
It is noted that the fire spread to an area of 1000 square meters. "The fire is quickly moving along the wooden floors of the attic. 128 people were involved in extinguishing. About 400 people were evacuated from the eight-story building, one was rescued from a stuck elevator. Previously, there were no casualties", - the Telegram channels write.
The fire spread from the roof to the apartments on the upper floors. A helicopter was brought in to put out the fire. Rescuers also launched a drone with a thermal imager.
It was later reported that the fire was contained.
