The russian federation will soon launch a larger offensive along the Sloviansk-Siversk-Bakhmut line. This is reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

"The russian operational pause has largely continued with limited russian ground attacks on the Sloviansk-Siversk-Bakhmut direcrion. Russian forces have continued artillery, rocket and air strikes across the entire front line. The russians are likely to launch a larger and more determined offensive along the Sloviansk-Siversk-Bakhmut line soon, but so far there is no indication of how soon this offensive will begin or where exactly it will be concentrated", - the message says.

It is noted that the russian missile attack on Vinnytsia on July 14 was part of a systematic russian campaign of attacks on residential areas of Ukrainian cities.

ISW reports that russian forces continued to advance towards Siversk, but their progress is unclear.

In addition, the occupiers carried out limited ground attacks in the area of ​​Bakhmut and Sloviansk, but were not successful.

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov stated that one of the four new battalions he is forming has been deployed to Ukraine.

As previously reported, as of 20:00 on July 14, 23 people were killed in Vinnytsia as a result of the missile strike. 67 people were injured.
