Zelensky calls on international partners to create special tribunal for russian crimes

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called on international partners to create a special tribunal for russia's war crimes against Ukraine. The head of state stated this in his evening address on July 14.

"This day proved once again that russia should be officially recognized as a terrorist state. No state in the world poses such a level of terrorist threat as russia. No state in the world allows itself to destroy peaceful cities and ordinary human life with cruise missiles and rocket artillery every day", - the President of Ukraine stated.

As previously reported, as of 20:00 on July 14, 23 people were killed in Vinnytsia as a result of the missile strike. 67 people were injured.
