According to the situation in Vinnytsia now, after the russian rocket attack, 20 dead are known, including three children. This was reported by the Ukraine NOW Telegram channel with reference to Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
The russians hit the center of Vinnytsia with Kalibr cruise missiles, having launched them from a submarine in the Black Sea, - the report says.
