Russia legalizes sending experienced military to Donbass via private military companies – MID

Russia carries out a conscription of experienced fighters and legalized sending them to Donbass via private military companies. It is reported by Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"Conscription of experienced military is carried out in order to replenish the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, taking part in the fighting in Syria, on the territory of the so-called LPR and DPR. They prefer participants of the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine, Chechen campaigns and the war of the USSR in Afghanistan," - said the statement.

It is reported that the assessment of professional competence and combat training courses are organized by the Centre of the Territorial Troops of the Armed Forces (Novocherkassk) Yuzhnyi MR (Rostov-on-Don) of the Armed Forces on special proving ground near Novocherkassk (Russia).

"Soldiers who have successfully passed the tests must sign a special contract, imitating their appointment to the staff of private military companies to remove the legal and financial responsibility for the consequences from the Russian government," - noted the intelligence.
