The Office of the President of Ukraine noted russian losses during a full-scale war against the backdrop of vladimir putin's statement that the russian federation has not yet begun to seriously fight against our country. Adviser to the head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak announced this on Twitter today.

"37 thousand dead russian military (+ 12 thousand PMCs). Total sanitary losses - 98-117 thousand people. 10 generals liquidated. 1605 tanks, 405 aircraft/helicopters turned into scrap metal. Russia has not yet begun to fight? Does the kremlin consider only stalinist mathematics – 20 million losses – to be the war?" - he wrote.

Earlier, putin stated that he had not yet started the war "until the last Ukrainian", but he was ready for negotiations.
