Russia should be excluded from the UN Security Council and its attack on the shopping center in Kremenchuk should be recognized as a terrorist attack. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at a meeting of the Security Council on June 28.

"I propose that there be a statement, that there be a decision that this is a terrorist act. So that it can be investigated. To check that it really was an attack from the territory of russia", - the head of state stated.

Zelensky also stressed that russia has no right to remain in the UN Security Council, participate in discussions and votes on the war against Ukraine, and should be deprived of its powers in the General Assembly.

Separately, the President of Ukraine noted that the UN should give a legal definition of state terrorism. He stressed that if the organization acted in this way, it would be recognized as a terrorist organization. After all, if some organization strikes such a blow, it will be recognized as a terrorist organization.

"Such organizations become enemies of humanity and such actions are punished. If the state does this, then it cannot go unpunished either. These are daily terrorist acts committed without days off", - Zelensky noted.

The next step after this should be the creation of a Tribunal to investigate the war crimes of russian troops in Ukraine.

It was earlier reported that the russians in the UN are clumsily "talking their way out" of the death of civilians in Kremenchuk.
