All bridges leading to Sievierodonetsk destroyed - Haidai

All bridges leading to Sievierodonetsk have been destroyed, but the city itself is not blocked. This was stated in Telegram on June 13 by head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration Serhiy Haidai.

"Rashists have not completely captured Sievierodonetsk, a part of the city is under Ukrainian control. All bridges leading to the oblast center have been destroyed. Evacuation and transportation of rubber cargo is impossible. The Sievierodonetsk residents who remain in the city are surviving in extremely difficult conditions", - Haidai wrote.

He also stressed that the enemy continues to heavily shell Lysychansk.

"There is an evacuation from this city, rubber cargoes are being delivered daily", - he added.

According to the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, in the event of a quick expulsion of the russians from Sievierodonetsk, "communications will not be restored before winter".
