The Ukrainian Defense Forces are conducting a counteroffensive in the Kherson oblast. This was reported by the Operational ZSU Telegram channel with reference to the Kherson City Council.
"Ukrainian troops are conducting a counteroffensive in the directions of Kyselivka, Soldatske and Oleksandrivka of the Kherson oblast", - the report says.
