As of the morning of May 28, the total combat losses of the russian federation since the start of a full-scale offensive against Ukraine on February 24 are about 30 000 troops. This is said in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported, over the past day on May 27, the russians lost about 250 servicemen.
In addition, the russians lost:
- tanks ‒ 1330 (+8) units,
- APV ‒ 3258 (+12) units,
- artillery systems – 628 (+5) units,
- MLRS - 203 (+2) units,

According to the AFU General Staff, the greatest losses of the enemy (over the past day) were observed in the Avdiivka and Kryvyi Rih directions.
As previously reported, the military groupings of the Joint Forces (JFO) repelled 8 enemy attacks in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions on May 27, and fighting continued in 5 locations.
