Britain is considering using sea convoy to export Ukrainian grain

Great Britain is agreeing with its allies on a plan to send warships to the Black Sea to escort ships exporting Ukrainian grain. This is reported by The Times.

The creation of such a "protective corridor" from Odesa was discussed by British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, - Interfax-Ukraine quotes the British newspaper.

Under the plan to create a "protective corridor", the allied naval forces will clear the area from russian mines around the port to ensure the safety of transporting products.

According to the newspaper, it is also planned to deploy long-range missiles in Ukraine "to deter any attempts by russia to sabotage the corridor".
