An ammunition depot near the russian Belgorod caught fire tonight, April 27. This was announced by Governor of the Belgorod oblast Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.
"At about 3:35, I woke up from a loud sound, similar to an explosion. So far, not a single duty service of the city and the oblast has found the cause of this sound. The search continues, I will immediately report the results. While I was writing this message, three more explosions sounded", - Gladkov wrote.
He later clarified that the ammunition depot caught fire.
"I just got in touch with the head of the Golovinsky rural settlement Denis Zolotukhin. According to preliminary information, the ammunition depot near the village of Staraya Nelidovka is on fire. There are no destructions of residential buildings or houses. There are no casualties among the civilian population", - the governor of the Belgorod oblast reported.
