The command of the Air Forces of the AFU does not confirm the Pentagon's information about the transfer of combat aircraft to Ukraine. This is said in the message of the public relations service of the Command.

"Ukraine did not receive new aircraft from partners! With the assistance of the US Government, the Air Forces of Ukraine received spare parts and components to restore and repair the fleet of aircraft in the Air Forces, which will put in service more equipment" - it notes.

As previously reported, the US Defense Department spokesman John Kirby stated that "the Ukrainian military has received additional aircraft and aircraft parts".
