The Ukrainian military hit the Moskva guided missile cruiser with the Neptune missiles and inflicted very serious damage to it.

This was reported on Telegram by head of the Odesa oblast military administration Maksym Marchenko.

"Neptune missiles guarding the Black Sea inflicted very serious damage on the russian ship. Glory to Ukraine!", - Marchenko said.

According to Maksym Marchenko, Moskva is the very same cruiser that took part in the capture of Snake Island in the Black Sea on February 24.

Other sources also confirm the information of the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration about the shot down cruiser of the occupiers.

"The Moskva cruiser has just been hit by two Neptune missiles", - military journalist Serg Marco writes on his Facebook.

Advisor to the Office of the President Oleleksiy Arestovych also confirmed the fire on the Moskva cruiser:

"It burns strongly. Right now. The sea is stormy and it is not known whether it will be possible to provide appropriate assistance. There are 510 crew members. We cannot understand what happened: either two sailors smoked in the wrong place, or they violated security measures again. By the way, this is the very same ship that our defenders on Snake Island told to go fuck off", - the adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration specified.
