Russian scums in Mykolaiv kill 9 people with their rockets - Kim

Nine people died as a result of the bombardment of Mykolaiv by Russian occupiers. This was announced by head of the Mykolaiv oblast military administration Vitaliy Kim in his Telegram channel.
