President of the aggressor country Russia Vladimir Putin is not planning a conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was announced by the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov to journalists.
"A conversation between Putin and Zelensky is not yet planned. Direct negotiations are underway between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations", - he said.
