Rockets are being fired at Ukraine from the territory of Belarus, the enemy aircraft are based there, columns of Russian armored vehicles are moving from Belarus. Under such conditions, one cannot just arrive. Honest negotiations can be conducted in various neutral cities. Warsaw, Budapest, Istanbul or Baku. Negotiations on such platform can stop this war", - he said.

As previously reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that sooner or later, Russia would have to talk with Ukraine about the end of the aggression and the sooner, the less losses it will suffer. "Russia will have to talk to us sooner or later. Talk about how to end the fighting and stop this invasion", - he said. There were no statements that the head of state wants to discuss the neutral status of Ukraine with the Russian Federation from the lips of Volodymyr Zelensky. It was said that the Kremlin should negotiate an end to its aggression.

Meanwhile, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov stated that the Russian delegation had already arrived in Gomel, Belarus for negotiations with the Ukrainians.
