Therefore, there is no unequivocal answer to this question", - the "DNR deputy" explained vaguely, having added that "with a probability of 99.9%, those who submitted an ID-passport of Ukraine in the package of documents for the "DNR passport" undergo the check. Selivanova also wrote that such checks are carried out in CADO without warning. "You can contact the migration service where the documents were submitted in 2-3 months after the submission of documents. The employees will check the status of your passport and tell you whether you need to be checked by the Organized Crime Control Bureau or not", - the "deputy" wrote.

The cost of public transport in occupied Horlivka will rise by 4 rubles from March 1. The corresponding "decree" of Ivan Prikhodko, who calls himself the "head of administration" of Horlivka, appeared in local public on February 16. The "DNR" accused Melikhov of allegedly being "recruited" by the Ukrainian special services and, being engaged in private business, he carried out repairs and maintenance of office equipment in the so-called "public authorities: the MIA, the Ministry of Revenues and Duties, the prosecutor's office and the courts, as well as military units of the People's Police Department of the DNR", he allegedly transmitted "personal data, service mobile phone numbers of employees of these state institutions and departments, as well as information about the location of military units and other information, the disclosure of which could harm state security". The Donetsk resident was detained on August 1, 2018, and only on December 28, 2021, he was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in prison to be served in a high-security prison.

60 years old Lyudmyla Huseynova has been in illegal detention in the Donetsk pre-trial detention center for the third year already. This was reported by Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova. Resident of temporarily occupied Novoazovsk of the Donetsk oblast Huseynova worked as a safety engineer at a local poultry farm. She organized the regular collection and delivery of humanitarian aid to the village by private transport for orphans and half-orphans from the Novoazovskyi orphanage, which Ukraine did not have time to evacuate. Volunteers, united by Lyudmyla Huseynova, created a library of Ukrainian literature in the orphanage, purchased a computer, and each child received postcards from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv and Odesa. "On October 16, 2019, representatives of the occupation administration came to her place of work, ordered her to pack up quickly, and then took her home, conducted a "search", confiscated all the equipment and means of communication – phones, a laptop and flash drives. The relatives learned about everything from the words of the director of the poultry farm. They did not know where Lyudmyla for two months at all", - Denisova told. As it turned out later, Lyudmyla Huseynova was kept in the notorious Izolyatsia prison all this time. She was severely tortured there. The woman was transferred to the Donetsk pre-trial detention center after 40 days and accused of "espionage". As a result of what she experienced in the dungeons of the militants, her chronic pancreatitis and hypertension became complicated. Recently, she has been experiencing severe pain in her left arm. She is not receiving any medical attention. She feeds on what the sister transmits. Denisova addressed the leadership of the International Red Cross in Ukraine with an appeal to urgently visit Lyudmila Huseynova and facilitate her immediate release.
